Reservations are always recommended and we accept reservations by phone. Please note: We are unable to accept reservations via e-mail
GIFT CARDS
Sprig & Vine e-gift cards can be purchased online here. We currently do not offer physical gift cards.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept Sprig & Vine gift cards, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
PARKING
We are located in the Union Square complex with convenient, ample metered parking.
DRESS CODE
Any attire is acceptable.
SPECIAL DIETARY REQUESTS
All dishes are vegan. Gluten-free and soy-free dishes are marked on our menus. We will gladly try to accommodate most special requests, but advance notice is greatly appreciated to assist our staff in providing you with options in a timely manner.
FOOD ALLERGIES
Please inform your server of any allergies. We take food allergies very seriously and take extreme precautions to prevent any cross contamination. However please be advised that we utilize many common allergens in our kitchen such as wheat, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. Due to the small size of our kitchen, we cannot guarantee that food allergens will not be transferred through cross-contact.
CATERING
Unfortunately we do not offer catering options at this time.
OUTSIDE FOOD
We do not allow any outside food such as cakes to be brought in. We have a full dessert menu available and can offer whole desserts with advance notice.
